Governance structure

The HBAstl has a straighforward, yet effective, governance structure. The governing Board of Directors consists of our Officers, Members-at-Large, and our Standing Committee Chairs. Click on the links to the right to find out more. Also, please feel free to check out our Bylaws.


Social and networking events

Throughout the year, we host several special events that celebrate our organization’s Hispanic roots, including:

  1. Cinco de Mayo Happy Hour - get to know HBAstl over a couple margaritas;
  2. Annual Fall Gala - join us for our Fall Gala, held to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month;
  3. Three Kings Day Holiday Party - think the holidays end of January 1?  Think again and celebrate El Día de los Reyes at HBAstl’s annual holiday party;
  4. Continuing Legal Education (“CLE”) Seminars - sharpen your skills with accredited courses offered for FREE to our members;
  5. Networking Opportunities with organizations such as the St. Louis Hispanic Chamber of Commerce - Interact with influential figures in our business and legal community.
